The Cloete Family Trust holds 90% of Stiabre Investments (Pty) Ltd, who in turn holds 74% of PEG Financial Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

Established in 1997, PEG Financial Solutions has acquired shareholding in various companies who offer specialised financial products (including but not limited to - loans, group insurance, group assurance, retirement planning and personal financial advice) as employee benefits through the employer and has recently branched out to provide business support services (including but not limited to Corporate Governance, Human Resource Management, Accounting, Administration and other specialist business consulting).

The group focuses above all on sourcing appropriate financial and other business products and services from a wide selection of in-house and external service providers to ensure that clients enjoy the maximum level of competitive choice from the broadest possible range of suppliers.

The strength of the PEG business model lies in its unique partnership approach that ranges from full-scale joint ventures with financial institutions to formal co-operation agreements.
